Overview

Payments for Mansio Studio subscriptions are processed by Stripe(Stripe Managed Payments) acting as Merchant of Record. All billing and refund requests are handled in accordance with that provider's terms and this policy. The exact Stripe entity is shown at checkout and on your receipt.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to your guide until the end of the paid period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

Refund Eligibility

Purchases are final once your guide has been delivered. If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to your guide, please contact us and we will resolve the issue or issue a refund at our discretion.
